Geotechnical and Geophysical Surveys
We are responsible for conducting site investigations to ensure the proper development of the project. The extent of the investigation depends on the importance and layout of the structure’s foundation, the complexity of the soil conditions, the topographic survey with LiDAR, and the available information regarding the performance of foundations.
Pavement Assessment
We offer pavement evaluation services to optimize resources in the management of highways and roads. Our work focuses on determining the functional and structural conditions of both new and existing pavements in relation to their construction, maintenance, expansion, rehabilitation, and modernization of roads in operation.
Maintenance Works
We carry out periodic maintenance of roadways, including maintenance and repainting of road markings, cleaning of highway shoulders, ditch clearing, and surface patching.
Supervision and Oversight of Construction Projects
We carry out on-site construction control throughout the execution of the project, issuing recommendations to ensure proper quality compliance. Our work includes developing proposals for construction processes, continuous evaluation of productivity and performance, monitoring and providing recommendations regarding the project schedule, managing the construction logbook, controlling cost estimates, and performing photographic surveys using drones and cameras.
Quality Control
A proper quality control of materials ensures that the physical and mechanical properties of the materials used in the project meet the technical specifications.

Laboratory
The most important asset of our laboratory, in addition to state-of-the-art equipment, is the high level of specialization and experience of our technicians and engineers, who have been certified by the Asphalt Institute (USA) and the Mexican Asphalt Association for mix design under the AMAAC Protocol.
